Returns / Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your new product, you must notify Magic Cooker, herein referred to as Magic Cooker via email at sales@magiccooker.com.au or via telephone at 02 9558 4447. At that time, we will discuss your options with you.
Items are not eligible for refund or exchange if:
- No proof of purchase is offered
- Customers simply change their mind or
- The goods have been damaged after purchase
The item must remain in its original packaging and be accompanied by its original receipt. Magic Cooker does not refund shipping charges.
